Sheli is a speculative project that brings together a mobile application, a digital assistant, and earbuds equipped with sensors to monitor vital parameters. Its core concept revolves around harnessing the power of AI in a digital assistant, utilizing user-specific vital data, to provide valuable assistance to travelers facing health-related challenges. Moreover, it aims to enhance communication and facilitate access to healthcare services in unfamiliar environments. To design Sheili we conducted comprehensive user research, identified a Persona, mapped their experience, identified pain points, prototyped, and tested our solution. We designed the personality and basic interactions of the vocal assistant by integrating it with key user journeys.
